Hungarian chimney cakes (kürtőskalács) filled with soft serve ice cream — Eva's is one of the most visually distinctive dessert shops in the city. The dough is wrapped around a wooden cylinder, baked until golden and caramelized, then rolled in toppings (cinnamon sugar, coconut, crushed Oreo) and filled with soft serve. Why visit Eva's Original Chimneys
The 'Chimney Cone' with cinnamon sugar coating and vanilla soft serve is the classic order. The Nutella-stuffed version is indulgent but genuinely delicious. The Bloor Street location is the original; there's also a Waterfront location. Photos are expected — the chimney shape is inherently Instagrammable.
