Alo Bistro (Fish Bar) takes the Alo ethos—the obsession with product and careful execution—and gives it a maritime, seafood-forward focus. Chef Patrick Kriss and his team treat shellfish and finfish with a delicate hand: oysters come perfectly chilled, hake is lacquered in butter, and even the side dishes feel considered.
