Archive is one of the only wine bars in Toronto with a rotating by-the-glass list that’s absolutely stacked with natural, lesser-known Ontario producers. Their no-pressure attitude makes wine-drinking approachable, but never dumbed-down. If you’re bored of the same old Pinot Grigio, let them pour you something obscure from the Niagara bench.
Archive Wine Bar fills its King East corner with the low-key energy of locals unwinding over seriously good wine. Their focus is on producers you’ve probably never heard of, prioritizing small-batch, minimal-intervention, and especially Niagara bottles you won’t find anywhere else. The food is thoughtful—think snacky housemade charcuterie, preserves, and creative cheese boards tailored for tasting, not overwrought pairings.
