Submitting an application or a Toronto tip does not transfer ownership of your content. Permission to use, edit, crop, format, reproduce or publish applies only to content specifically submitted for a WTFToronto assignment, subject to the applicable assignment terms. We do not claim a general right to everything you create.
You must own the material you submit or have permission from the rights holder. Disclose third-party music, images, people or other restrictions that could affect use. Credit details for commissioned assignments should be discussed before publication.
Applying or joining the network does not guarantee invitations, assignments, press credentials, payment, products, admission or hosted experiences. For paid work, the fee, deliverables, timing, usage permission and payment terms must be agreed before work begins.
Creators should provide accurate information and disclose relevant hosted or sponsored relationships. WTFToronto retains editorial discretion over whether and how material is published. Applications are used for review and opportunity matching, not as public profiles. Any future public creator profile requires explicit opt-in and separate approval of its content before publication.
