Laugh your way into 2027 at Comedy Bar Danforth’s Studio Theatre, 2800 Danforth Avenue. This December 31 celebration starts with CRUSH 2026, a short-form improv show inspired by audience suggestions about the year’s highlights and lowlights. As midnight approaches, the organizer says the evening becomes The Mega Jam: performers and willing audience members who put their names in the bucket can take part in collaborative comedy. Karaoke, prizes and giveaways round out the advertised programme. At CAD $15 general admission before applicable charges, this is a budget-conscious alternative to a premium nightclub or dinner package for comedy fans, groups of friends and alternative date nights. Doors are at 8 p.m.; a separate performance start and precise finish are not confirmed.
